Introducing my Addison contributor, Ben Shae!
Ben spent the better part of his youth in the North Dallas/Plano area (when Preston & Park were grass fields & there was hardly anything north of Hedgecoxe Road) before attending Texas Tech. After working for a little while after school, he took some time to travel the world, visiting South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam – experiencing life and culture in each of these great countries (and of course sampling what they have to offer to beer and spirit drinks everywhere).
Generally a vodka drinker, Ben enjoys going with the recommendation of the bartender/waiter/waitress and testing just how well they know their wares.
